Biography
Language is Everything is the official partner of the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, part of the World Trade Centre in Hull.
We're working together to promote the importance of interpreting, translation and cultural awareness within international trade.
Our company was formed in 1992, and we're based in Howden, East Yorkshire. We provide telephone interpreting, face to face interpreting and written translation services to businesses and public authorities across the UK. Our turnover last year was £1.6 million.
The Regional Language Network for Yorkshire & the Humber has made us a 'language champion' in recognition of our educational work with local schoolchildren. And CILT, the National Centre for Languages, appointed us to the steering group for the review of the National Standards in Interpreting, which are available for awarding bodies to use as the basis for National/Scottish Vocational Qualifications.
