Coming to a shopping centre near you...
For the past two months, Carol Curtis (our MD) and Dawn Bowes (our senior account manager) have been helping pupils at The Snaith School to set up and run a company as part of Young Enterprise. Earlier this week, the team took part in a training evening at the St Lawrence Academy — you can see photos from the event here.
"We've really hit the ground running," said Carol. "In fact, in a couple of areas we've run before we can walk! But the exciting thing is that we're up and running, and we're going to be trading by the beginning of December. You can come and see us at our trade stand at St Stephen's shopping centre in Hull on 5th December."

Planning for the future
Carolyn Burgess, our chairman, will be one of the keynote speakers at the East Riding Local Strategic Partnership Conference 2009, which takes place in Bridlington on 25th November.
Meanwhile, Carolyn will be a judge on "Badger's Sett", which takes place at the University of Hull on 20th November. Teams will be given an object and brief, and will have 40 minutes to come up with a marketing concept using the object. The panel will be chaired by Ruth Badger, from the BBC's The Apprentice and Sky One's Badger or Bust.
