Language is Everything is delighted to announce that 18-year-old Tanith Reay, a member of our operations team, has been awarded a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at level 2 in customer service.
Tanith has been working towards her NVQ with East Riding Training Services (ERTS), which is part of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. ERTS was established in 1982 to provide training for people between the ages of 16 and 25.
The key points covered by the NVQ include the legal responsibilities of customer service professionals, and legislation relating to confidentiality and security.

"I've been working for Language is Everything for just over a year, and doing NVQ training every two weeks," said Tanith. "I was never sure exactly what I wanted to do, but I'm really happy I chose this NVQ."
